We charge a flat $100 delivery fee for all local orders. This covers the delivery setup and includes a dedicated gratuity/tip for your driver.

Yes, we require a minimum order threshold of $350 (before tax and delivery fees).

Orders requested with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to kitchen availability and a 15% rush surcharge. Please note that menu substitutions may also be required for rush orders.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to lock in your requested date and delivery time slot.

Because food prep and ingredient ordering begin early, our cancellation refunds depend on when you notify us:

24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund of your total order.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Non-refundable, as food preparation will already be underway. (Note: Adjust to less than 48 hours if you prefer no refunds under 48 hours).
